I bought this to try and I don’t need a lot because I have such thin hair. I use a little bit of needed before using the orange marmalade styling cream. Helps give my hair that little extra bit of moisture when it’s more dry.

I had gotten this years ago and feel like it use to do a better job on my hair. I had to use so much on my hair to get it clean and it still didn't do a great job.

We haven't changed our formula so if your having a different experience, I would suggest looking into a clarifying and/or hard water treatment. Hair build-up, particularly hard water, can be difficult to wash out sometimes. I used to make my own flax gel and it’s honestly too time consuming. Then I found Jason flax gel Hi shine which became my holy grail product. IT WAS D/C’ed and I was devastated. I tried this product on recommendation from the curly subreddit and didn’t expect much tbh. I used it on wet hair and “squish crunched” it in. My curl are soft and defined and I really love this product. The scent is pretty good like a natural orange dreamsicle to me. My only complaint is that the bottle is quite small and shipping wasn’t free but this is a high quality product for sure.

I use this product as a leave in conditioner since my hair has been so dry from the highlights I get. This is the only product that creates a good ali to help detabgle my hair. The banana cream smell is amazing.
