Shipping, Exchanges and Returns.

Shipping

Because all products are handmade-to-order, we ask that you allow 3-5 days for your order to be made. After your order is fulfilled, your chosen shipping time then kicks in.

Please use caution when entering your shipping address - If the address that you provide is incorrect and items are returned, you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package. If the address that you provide is incorrect and items are not received, you will be charged for the subsequent order if you wish for it to be resent.

Exchanges and Returns

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, within 30 days of your purchase date, you are unhappy with your Ecoslay goodies for any reason, feel free to return your products for a full refund, less shipping, in the form of a Store Credit. Please note that sample and bundle products are ineligible for return.

Pro Tip >> If you are preparing to make your first purchase, we strongly recommend that you purchase a sample before purchasing a larger size as exceptions to our policy cannot be accommodated.
