STEP #1:
WE COMBINED OUR CONDITIONING STEP AND LEAVE-IN STEP
Banana Cream is a deeply penetrating product can be used as a deep conditioner, regular conditioner, and, surprisingly, a leave-in conditioner as well.
So we thought - what happens when we use Banana Cream as a regular conditioner, but don't completely rinse it out??? Can we combine our conditioner and leave-in steps together so that it's just one step?
The answer is YES. And we got slippery, tangle free, hydrated hair - primed and ready for styling - in 5 minutes.
STEP #2:
WE SEALED EVERYTHING WITH A STRONG FOAM
We were on a roll, so we grabbed our most lightweight, fastest drying styler to seal everything in.
Without missing a beat, we applied Lemon Drop Styling Foam on soaking wet hair - right after rinsing.
THE RESULT?
Less than 10 minutes of diffuse time, and defined, bouncy curls.
Using such a lightweight styler made diffusing go by so quickly, and combining our leave-in and conditioning steps made it so that we really only spent about 20 minutes from start to finish on our hair.
That was less time styling and more time looking good.

Lemon Drop is Ecoslay’s plant-based styling foam and curl mousse — a lightweight, quick-drying liquid formula that creates voluminous, frizz-free curl definition with a firm hold that lasts for days. Unlike traditional aerosol mousses, Lemon Drop is a liquid that must be dispensed through a foaming pump to activate into foam (sold separately or as a bundle). Its hold comes from honey, hydrolyzed corn starch, and flaxseed extract — not synthetic polymers or alcohol. Infused with lemon and bergamot essential oils for scalp balance and shine. Works on wash-n-go’s, roller sets, braids, twists, protective styles, and dry-hair refreshes on all curl types from wavy (2a) to coily (4b) to kinky (4c).
Important: Lemon Drop is a liquid and requires a foaming dispenser for proper use.

2. APPLY BANANA CREAM DEEP CONDITIONER - BUT DO NOT RINSE IT ALL OUT. LEAVE ENOUGH SO THAT YOUR HAIR STAYS SLIPPERY, LIKE SEAWEED. THIS IS COMBINING YOUR CONDITIONING AND LEAVE-IN STEP.
3. STYLE WITH LEMON DROP STYLING FOAM - IMMEDIATELY AFTER RINSING, APPLY THIS TO SOAKING WET HAIR. THIS IS SO LIGHTWEIGHT, AND OUR FASTEST DRYING STYLER.
